Eat lots of protein. Foods which are rich in protein include eggs, salmon, milk, cheese, and meat. Our bodies need protein, so give the body what it needs. Protein helps the body build a strong immune system, and helps to maintain our cells.

Not only will you lose a few quick pounds you will also increase your over all health. Everyone knows that water is good for the body, yet only a few people take action. Most people who decide to increase their water intake don't last for too long. Most people quit within a few days.

Yes, it is going to be a bit difficult drinking lots of water in the first week, but your body will eventually get used to it. You will probably have to run to the restroom more often, but that lets you know that the weight is coming off.
